Since the 2008 financial crisis, the size of the German surplus has <b>raised hackles<\/b> around the world, and it remains a <b>topic of concern<\/b> at the <b>International Monetary Fund<\/b> and other global institutions.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #333333;\">\u30df\u30e5\u30f3\u30d8\u30f3\u767a\uff1a\u30c9\u30a4\u30c4\u306e\u9ed2\u5b57\u984d\u306fGDP\u306e\uff18\uff05\u4e0b\u56de\u308b\u3053\u306e\u5024\u306f\u3001\u4e16\u754c\u306e\u3069\u3053\u306e\u56fd\u3088\u308a\u3082\u9ad8\u3044\u30022008\u5e74\u306e\u7d4c\u6e08\u5371\u6a5f\u4ee5\u6765\u3001\u30c9\u30a4\u30c4\u306e\u9ed2\u5b57\u898f\u6a21\u306f\u4e16\u754c\u4e2d\u3092\u6012\u3089\u305b\u3066\u304d\u305f\u3002\u307e\u305f\u3001IMF\u3084\u4e16\u754c\u4e2d\u306e\u56fd\u969b\u6a5f\u95a2\u306e\u95a2\u5fc3\u4e8b\u3067\u3042\u308a\u7d9a\u3051\u305f\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">\u4ee5\u4e0b\u3001\u5225\u306e\u8a18\u4e8b\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">According to\u00a0<a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zeit.de\/gesellschaft\/zeitgeschehen\/2019-08\/klimaschutz-herausforderung-klimawandel-deutschland-trendbarometer-umfrage\"><span class=\"s1\">recent polls<\/span><\/a>, climate change is at the top of the agenda for most Germans \u2013 and clearly above migration as a <b>topic of concern<\/b>. This reflects the dominance of the western German view: among respondents from eastern Germany, climate change ranks in second place, after migration.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:
